Extended Description Septic Tank Services - Cumberland Falls State Resort Park Sludge removal and hauling for Cumberland Falls State Resort Park Sewage Treatment Plant. Sludge removal estimate of 3,000 gallons per month. Service to be performed within 72-hour upon request for service. Projected minimum of 7 times annually and projected maximum of 12 times annually. The vendor shall provide all equipment (truck, storage tank, pumps, chemicals, hose, etc.) necessary to remove sludge from the park and dispose of the sludge in accordance with applicable mandated authority (Federal-State-Local government, etc.)The vendor shall be responsible to ensure that all equipment meets all applicable regulatory mandates and that all services provided includes all applicable fees (licenses, permits, etc.) and that these costs in addition to transportation cost are included in the unit (gallon) cost for this service. Cost is $ ____________ per thousand gallons of sludge.
