Construction of a 19-storey building with 307 residential condo units + retail at grade. TIMELINE: Project is on hold. Owner is awaiting site plan approvals from the city of Toronto. Phase 1 construction of this project only began May 2026; details are followed on a separate report. Sub trades will be secured by invitation only. There are currently no construction timelines for this phase. Further update early 2027. *Application by CGWIN Development Management Inc., as agent for Kennedy Green Non-Profit Co-Operative Inc. *Federal government has pledged 289 million towards the entire project, which also includes Phase 1; details are followed on a separate report. *CreateTO-led project on City-owned land was also made possible through an over 35 million investment by the City.
