Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Boone County, hereafter referred to as "County" proposes to contract with an individual(s) or organization(s), hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, coordinating and scheduling, and related items required to provide materials for and perform Replacement of the existing chiller coil with a new condenser coil for a Daikin McQuay Chiller at the Boone County Courthouse including complete installation and testing in accordance with all requirements, specifications and terms stated herein.
