The following are additional items required: 1. Insulation in the attic to total R-60. 2. Walls shall be insulated to a total of R-13. 3. The slab should have a minimum continuous R value of R-10 4. All insulation shall be in finished living areas only. 5. Insulation bid shall be labor and materials. 6. Subcontractor shall be responsible to remove all trash upon completion of their work. All primer and paint shall be installed per the manufacturer specifications, according to the Residential Building Code requirements of the City of Columbia, MO and per plans. The following are additional items required: 1. Interior walls shall be painted with primer plus two coats of a single color to be used in all rooms. 2. Ceilings shall be painted with primer plus two coats of flat white. 3. Paint bid shall be labor and materials. 4. Subcontractor shall be responsible to remove all trash upon completion of their work. If items are required that are not shown on the plans, a Change Order shall be completed and signed prior to commencement of the work.
