UST REPLACEMENT AT VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND SOUTH COUNTY DPW FACILITY, 750 EAST MAIN STREET, BRIDGEWATER NJ 08807 AND 410 ROYCEFIELD ROAD, HILLSBOROUGH, NJ 08844, The Contractor shall diligently perform the work herein, and shall compete the work in/or before THREE HUNDRED (300) consecutive Calendar Days Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Somerset County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidder's contract. We value the integrity of the procurement process, and in full transparency, the bid opening will be conducted via Live-Stream from the County Commissioner's Meeting Room. You can access the Live-Stream from the County's homepage at the prevailing date and time stated in this Notice to Bidders. During the bid opening process, the bidders will be announced as will bid amounts. A bid review providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. Instead, this information will be posted, as always to the Purchasing webpage once available.
