Improvements include, but not limited to, milling and overlay of the existing pavement with full-depth reconstruction in certain areas, storm sewer upgrades, new accessible ramps, areas of sidewalk and curb replacement, and driveway repair. Project length is approximately 10,860 linear feet. All disturbed areas will be restored to their original condition. The bids for this project have been broken into a Base Bid and Alternate Bid 'A' through Alternate Bid 'D'. The Base Bid includes all improvements to Danberry Lane, Villa Drive, and Heinrick Way. Alternate Bid 'A' includes all improvements to Emmons Court and Richardson Lane. Alternate Bid 'B' includes all improvements to Catherine Lane and Karen Place. Alternate Bid 'C' includes all improvements to Lewis Drive, Elmara Drive and Boyer Drive. Alternate Bid 'D' includes all improvements to Stapleton Court and Slack Court. Bridgewater Township will evaluate the successful bid and determine whether to award the construction services for both the Base and Alternate Bids, for the Base Bid alone or for any combination of Base and Alternate Bids.
