The Township of Wayne seeks experienced Historic Restoration General Contractors who specialize in rough and finish carpentry restoration, window and door restoration, plaster restoration, wood flooring restoration, masonry restoration, surface preparation, and painting of historic wood finishes to submit prequalification statements for the:RESTORATION & EXPANSION OF THE VAN DUYNE HOUSE 533 BerdanAve, Wayne, Passaic County, New Jersey 07470 The project generally consists of the following: 1. Masonry restoration of brownstone, including repointing 2. Rough and finish carpentry restoration at the exterior and interior 3. Window and door restoration 4. Interior plaster restoration 5. Wood flooring restoration 6. Sensitive installation of new mechanical, plumbing,and electrical systems and related utilities 7. Sensitive addition for a new accessible restroom All respondents will be notified in writing of the decision as to qualifications.
