Seq. and shall submit with his bid a copy of a valid and active NOTICE OF CLASSIFICATION and a certified copy of a Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts Form. REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION OR INTERPRETATION (RFI) Requests shall be submitted via upload to the available RFI folder on the website where Bid Documents will be obtained. They shall be submitted at least ten days, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays excluded Prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Each bid, the total price of which exceeds $100,000.00 shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, cashiers check or certified check made payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, including alternates, not to exceed $20,000. Business entities are required by law to submit a list of the names and addresses of all interest-holders owning 10% or more of their interest.
