Reference Number 0000291920 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/05 12:00:00 PM CDT The work involves the mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Trunk Highways (PTH) and Provincial Roads (PR) in the Birtle, Shoal Lake and Minnedosa area. The work shall consist of Phase 1 and Phase 2 mowing on various Provincial Highways as shown on the attached map. The Work must be completed by no later than OCTOBER 31, 2025 Within three (3) Working Days of notification, the successful Contractor shall submit a Performance Deposit in the amount of NOT LESS THAN FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT BID to the Department's Office in Brandon. Failure to do so will invalidate the bid. The Deposit shall be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Draft or Money Order made payable to the Minister of Finance. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
