Renovation of a multi-residential development in Easton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Replacement of Boilers and Water Heaters at Wilson Manor Apartments Valey Housing Development Corporation (VHDC), will receive sealed bids for the replacement of boilers and water heaters at Wilson Manor Apartments located at 535 Avona Avenue, Easton, Pennsylvania. This project will consist of work to be performed under a single prime contract. It is required that contractor and subs be firms that have engaged in HVAC work for the most recent (10) years. Bidders are advised that payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the specifications must be paid on this project. VHDC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any in-formalities in the bidding process. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids witout the consent of VHDC. The successful bidder will have one-hundred and twnety (120) days from acceptance of the bid to complete the project. Valley Housing Development Corporation, Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
