PURPOSE The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to furnish, deliver, and install the new and unused systems furniture, free-standing furniture, seating, high-density shelving, and appurtenant products and support services necessary to equip the newly renovated City of Westerville (hereinafter referred to as "CIty") City Hall Complex, which is currently under construction at 21 - 29 S. State Street, Westerville, OH, 43081, and tentatively scheduled for completion in spring 2026. SCOPE OF WORK The RFP respondent(s) awarded a contract based on the merits of their offer (hereinafter referred to as "Successful Offeror(s)" or "Contractor(s)") shall provide all labor, products, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, expertise, supervision, warehousing, services, and appurtenances necessary to furnish, deliver, and install the new and unused systems furniture, free-standing furniture, seating, high-density shelving, and appurtenant products and support services necessary to equip the newly renovated Westerville City Hall Complex. Prices shall be provided for the furniture items requested. The City reserves the right to award a contract for each furniture item separately, for all items collectively as a whole, or any combination thereof, as the best interests of the City require. Questions Due Date: May 8, 2025, 5:00 PM EDT Date of City Response to above-mentioned Questions 5/13/2025 RIGHT OF REFUSAL The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in their entirety or to select certain applications from the proposals.
