Outpatient NA - New Women's Imaging Clinic Description Renovation of Outpatient Care New Albany second floor overflow waiting area to provide Women's Imaging Clinic. Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project. The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent. The Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating the Subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents. Trade Estimate General Contract.---$860,000.00 The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 116 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed. Deadline for bidding questions is October 24, 2025, at 5:00 pm. All Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting on October 21, 2025. The pre-bid meeting will be held at Outpatient Care New Albany, 6100 North Hamilton Road, Westerville, OH 43081, 2nd Floor; 2:45-3:45 p.m.
