Renovation of a transportation facility in Sewanee, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
"Work" of this Contract is defined in the Contract Documents consists of limited Interior and Exterior Alterations to the existing Franklin County Airport Terminal. Alterations are to include reconfiguration of the existing toilet in order to make it Accessible, update of all interior finishes, update of exterior wall finishes, and electrical and mechanical upgrades., and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bidder's bond on the form obtained in the proposal from a surety company acceptable to Franklin County, or a Cashier's Check or Certified Check made payable to Franklin County Airport, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bids.
