James G. Davis Construction is soliciting bids for the University of Maryland Atlantic Building: Quantum Laboratory and Interior Finishes Upgrades project, located on the College Park campus. This project involves a multi-phased renovation of occupied spaces in two wings of the building. The scope includes upgrades to Quantum research laboratories, the Prototyping Lab, associated office and service spaces, as well as renovations to existing RQS areas.
