N. Highland Avenue Street Replacement LANSDOWNE Borough is soliciting bids for resurfacing of approximately 490 LF of roadway between E. Baltimore Avenue and E. Lacrosse Avenue. All pavement markings must be replaced in kind, including the bike lane and markings in front of the Firehouse. Questions Due Date: May 7th 2025, 8:00 AM EDT Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is assisted with federal funds, and various federal requirements apply as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal opportunity provisions.
