Bids Shall Be in a Sealed Envelope Marked ''2025 Levee Village Asphalt Resurfacing Project.'' Forms Are Available at the City Engineer's Office, 222 N Chauncey Ave, West Lafayette, Indiana 47906. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price Made in Favor of the City of West Lafayette, Indiana, Which Amount Shall Accrue to and Become the Property of the City Should the Bidder, Awarded the Contract, Fail to Enter Into the Required Written Agreement and Secure Same With the Required One Hundred Percent (100%) Performance, Payment and Guarantee Bond. Wage Rates Shall Not Be Less Than the Common Construction Wage as Determined Pursuant to Ic 5-16-7-1 Et Seq. As Amended.
