Reference Number 0000384824 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: Four additional 1-year extensions The City of Greenwood Village is inviting proposals to provide both programmatic and as-needed custodial and janitorial services at five (5) City facilities, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this Request for Proposals (RFP, Exhibit A). The objective is for vendors to submit sufficient information to allow the City to select a vendor to provide the Services and to enter into a contract beginning on June 1, 2025 for a one (1) year period, with the possibility for up to four (4) potential one-year renewals after the initial 1-year term, subject to annual appropriation and successful performance.
