Reference Number 0000389183 The City of Greenwood is looking to replace and install new equipment to the existing fuel monitoring system, work will include removal of Veeder-Root TLS350 and replacement to a new location, with a Veeder Root TLS-450 Plus. This will include new sensors for the fuel tanks and wiring to be bored up to the Fleet Building for the monitoring system. There will be concrete work that will need to be done at the fuel tanks for wiring of the new sensors to the new system in the Fleet Building, including the installation of new fuel tank covers provided by The City of Greenwood Village. Electrical work will need to be done on the fuel island and at the Fleet Building for this system. The City of Greenwood Village is also looking to replace the fuel island terminal with a new Petro Vend PV200 with AVI passive tag system and all required components. Provide training and instruction on systems and use. The City requires a certified or cashier's check, or a corporate surety bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount before the City can accept or consider any bid. The bid and the deposit shall be filed with the City's Office, securely sealed and endorsed on the outside with a brief statement as to the nature of the item or work for which the bid is provided. Upon a bid award, such bond shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidder(s). In the case of the successful bidder, the bid bond will be returned upon receipt of the required payment and performance bonds, each in the full amount of the contract price.
