Requests for information received less than 5 days prior to Bid opening may not be answered. Project located in City of Greenwood Village and unincorporated Arapahoe County, Colorado. The sewer rehabilitation project for Havana Water and Sanitation District encompasses trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 4,050 linear feet (19 segments) of 8-inch and 146 linear feet (1 segment) of 15-inch sanitary sewer mains using cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining due to cracks, infiltration, and root intrusions, and miscellaneous manhole repairs, all as described in the Contract Documents. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check payable to Havana Water and Sanitation District shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish "Performance and Maintenance" and "Labor and Material Payment" bonds to the District. The "Performance and Maintenance" and "Labor and Material Payment" bonds shall be furnished in the amount of 100 percent of the contract, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the District's interest. No proposal will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District Board of Directors. No bids will be considered which are received after the time mentioned, and any bids so received after the scheduled closing time shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
