The project is expected to be awarded on June 17th.** Reference Number 0000384865 The City of Louisville (City) is inviting bids from highly qualified contractors for the installation of new chlorine dioxide feed systems along with associated pumps, piping, electrical, and HVAC for the SCWTP & HBWTP in the City of Louisville, Colorado. The Work for which the Bid is requested for the permanent installation of replacement Chlorine Dioxide feed units at SCWTP and HBWTP. The main feed unit for each plant will be supplied by the City. This project consists of but is not limited to installation of concrete equipment pad, associated pumps/piping, electrical, and HVAC improvements. Installation will need to be coordinated with plant staff to minimize disruption to plant production particularly during peak summer months. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond to the City of Louisville guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The City of Louisville reserves the right to award the Bids by parts, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities and irregularities therein, and to accept the bid deemed to be from the lowest reliable and responsible bidder. Selection is also dependent on the negotiation of an acceptable contract with the successful bidder.
