Reference Number 0000391992 The City of Louisville (Owner), is seeking proposals from firms to undertake a flat roofing TPO project for the Louisville Waste Water Operations and Admin buildings. The Owner intends to enter a contract with the selected firm that will include preparing the existing roof surface, furnishing, and installing a 60 mil TPO membrane with a 20-year or greater warranty on two flat roofs totaling approximately 2950 square feet.
