Bids shall be in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project Name and Date and addressed: City of Louisville Office of City Engineer 749 Main Street Louisville, Colorado 80027 Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security consisting of a properly Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of BIDDER'S Total Bid Price, without conditions, payable to the City of Louisville. Bid security will be retained by the City until the seventh day after the Effective Date of the Agreement whereupon Bid security furnished by such BIDDERS will be returned. Bid security with Bids, which are not competitive, will be returned within fourteen days after the Bid opening. No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by such Bid security.
