Question Deadline 05/08/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security consisting of a properly Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of BIDDER'S Total Bid Price, without conditions, payable to the City of Louisville. Bid security will be retained by the City until the seventh day after the Effective Date of the Agreement whereupon Bid security furnished by such Bidder's will be returned. Bid security with Bids, which are not competitive, will be returned within fourteen days after the Bid opening. No Bid will be considered unless accompanied by such Bid security. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond to the City of Louisville guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The City of Louisville reserves the right to award the contract by sections, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
