The City of Owatonna ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide the goods and/or services described herein. The City anticipates selecting one Company to perform the services. 1.75 miles of trail, 10' wide, roughly 8,100 feet of cracks Bids are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Quote ("RFQ"). Crack seal, seal coat of trails. Approximately 1.75 miles, 10 feet wide. Location - three segments within the park system. Approximately 8,100 feet of crack filling (most are 1/2" or smaller, but some larger.) Map can be provided upon request. The award may be made for all items or for individual items whichever is in the best interest of the City. The Bidder understands that the bid may be made for individual item(s) and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the bid. Further: Terms contrary to the terms and conditions listed in the bids will render the bid as Non-Responsive. The City may delete any items where it deems that it would be in the City's best interest to purchase that item individually.
