The work includes the furnishing of all Labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the specifications. The work generally consists of milling, resurfacing with partial base course repair, concrete curbing, miscellaneous sidewalk and driveway apron repair, ADA compliant handicap ramps, storm water systems installation and repair, and traffic signal upgrades. Must be accompanied by all items identified in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to, a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and a bid guarantee (Proposal Security) for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid except that the guarantee need not exceed $20,000.00.
