Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Livonia, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
As of June 27, 2025 this project was awarded to Baruzzini Contracting, LLC, but the awarded amount is not available Reference Number 0000384867 Remove and replace spa valves and impeller per attached specifications Remove and dispose of current Spa impeller Replace Bronze CCSP 7.5 hp with a new impeller, volute gasket, impeller end bolt, impeller O-ring, impeller washer, and mechanical seal. Replace valves on the main drain line and the skimmer line going into the pump. Two 6" Bray Valve with lever, two 5"-8" Bray valve/Glange Stud Pack S.S. (all hardware for installing 1 valve), and two L.T. O-Ring (PKG 184). See attached pictures. Install new trap O-ring and provide one for back up. Work must be completed between July 7 and August 1, 2025. Return to start-up motor with 3-5 days' notice.
