LICENSES, PERMITS AND INSURANCE: By signing the Request For Bid, the Request for Bid, Contractor certifies that it has all the licenses, permits and insurance coverage necessary and proper to perform the work required by this contract, and that it will keep all licenses, permits and insurance coverage in full force and effect. Failure to maintain and possess the necessary licenses, permits and insurance coverage constitutes a material breach and will permit NES to order the immediate stoppage of all work under the Purchase Order. The resulting purchase order will be for an 8 month period beginning May 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. PROVIDE ROTARY LIFT PARTS AND SERVICE FOR A PERIOD OF MAY 1, 2025 - DECEMBER 31, 2025. VENDOR MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED ROTARY DEALER AND CERTIFIED TO PERFORM SERVICE IN-GROUND AND ABOVE-GROUND LIFTS - INDICATE STANDARD LABOR RATES(S),SERVICE CHARGES, MILEAGE CHARGES AND ANY OFFERED DISCOUNTS.
