Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide LEED consulting services for various projects throughout Davidson County. The LEED professional will manage the LEED process for capital construction projects during project planning, design, construction, and post occupancy. The LEED professional will lead the effort with the MNPS contracted design and construction teams (project team) to meet MNPS sustainability goals for each project. MNPS is required to achieve LEED Silver Certification as a minimum on all capital construction projects. MNPS reserves the right to award multiple contracts from this solicitation, should it be in the best interest of MNPS to do so. MNPS anticipates the term of the contract to be for five (5) years. MNPS seeks LEED consulting services for various projects throughout Davidson County. The LEED professional will manage the LEED process for capital construction projects during project planning, design, construction, and post occupancy. The LEED professional will lead the effort with the MNPS contracted design and construction teams (project team) to meet MNPS sustainability goals for each project. MNPS is required to achieve LEED Silver Certification as a minimum on all capital construction projects. LEED Services shall include: LEED Consulting and Documentation Utility Data Reporting Whole Building Energy Simulation Modeling Daylight Modeling (Optional on each project, LEED professional must be able to provide this service) MNPS reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any offers submitted. The failure of an Offeror to promptly supply information in connection with, or with respect to, reasonable requests may be grounds for a determination of non-responsibility. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
