Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 28, 2025, an engineer has been selected and this project in the design phase. It is anticipated bidding will 1st Quarter 2027, with construction starting in 2027 or 2028. Nashville Department of Transportation is coordinating with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) to construct an 10-foot sidewalk, 4-foot furnishing zone, and curb/gutter along the south side of Harding Place from Danby Drive to Nolensville Pike. Pedestrian enhancements will include ADA ramps, markings, and signals. This project will extend and connect the existing sidewalk infrastructure constructed in Phase 1 (Timber Hill Drive to Danby Drive) and Phase 2 (Nolensville Pike to I-24), which will extend the pedestrian path from I-65 to I-24 on the south side of Harding Place when completed.
