The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Forest Service, seeks to obtain competitive bids to establish fixed rate Term Agreements, for the purchase and delivery of road material in FFS Region Four. Please direct all questions to: Name: Brenda Paul Phone: (850) 617-7180 Address: 407 South Calhoun Street Tallahassee, FL 32399 Email: Brenda.Paul@Fdacs.Gov Last day for written Inquiries to be received by the Department : April 25, 2025 Anticipated Posting of Recommended Award May 15, 2025 The Department intends to issue a Vendor Term Agreement (Appendix III) to awarded vendors at the fixed Maximum Price per ton for road material products specified in Section 2.1, for each Region Four District. Term Agreement(s) shall be effective upon execution and shall expire 12 months (1 year) thereafter, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with the terms of the awarded contract. The Department will issue separate project specific, request for quotes and purchase orders for road material product and delivery locations as specified in Section 2.
