Renovation of a municipal facility in Palatka, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of July 08, 2025 bids rejected. No definite date for rebid.** The District headquarters (DHQ) is located at 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177. The restrooms in DHQ Office Building #1 accommodate two restroom facilities on the second floor. These are the original facilities built in 1989 and are showing significant signs of wear and tear, including deteriorated grout, tiles, and fixtures, all in need of replacement. The proposed project includes full renovation of the Building 1 Upstairs restrooms. Renovations should be completed by September 30, 2025. The two restrooms are comprised of: One multi-user bathroom with two toilet stalls, two sinks, and two urinals. One multi-user bathroom with three toilet stalls, and two sinks. The estimated budget for the project is $90,000.
