The scope of work will include pavement milling and asphalt resurfacing, including the application of tack coat. The selected contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all neces-sary permits and approvals prior to commencing work. The following roads and intersections are included in this project: o Intersection of N 15th and Napoleon o Intersection of N 17th and Napoleon o N 17th and Eagle to Olive o Bronson from N 18th to 50 feet past N 20th o Olive from N 22nd to N 23rd o Intersections: o N 10th and Madison o N 9th and Madison o N 8th and Madison o N 7th and Madison o N 6th from Madison to Main o N 9th from Madison to Dead End o Olive from 9th to 8th o Dunham from 10th to 11th o Bronson and N 20th To Ocean Street o 19th street from Reid to Jenkins. Pricing shall be provided based on unit cost per square yard (or appropriate measurement) to ensure flexibility in awarding contracts based on available funding. The City of Palatka hereby requests bids from qualified contractors to provide Hot Mixed Asphalt Paving services at multiple locations. Services shall include furnishing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to perform asphalt paving work as directed by the City Representative.
