MARTA is soliciting quotes from firms for Electrical Services Installation The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority ("MARTA" or the "Authority") is soliciting quotes from firms to provide electrical installation, maintenance, and repair services for MARTA's MARTA Office of Facilities pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in Part 4 ("Contract") of the RFQ. All Quotations must be received by MARTA no later than the RFQ deadline set forth above. Quotes received after the RFQ deadline will not be considered/reviewed and will be rejected. Any questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to MARTA's contact person, Shamara Williams, Contact Specialist II via electronic mail at Swilliams11@itsmarta.com, on or before 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Tuesday May 6,2025. Questions submitted after the designated period will not be considered by MARTA. Each quote submitted to MARTA will become the property of MARTA, without compensation to Quoter, for MARTA's use, in MARTA's sole discretion. Conditions placed upon a quote or exceptions to the terms of this RFQ (or the Contract) may result in MARTA deeming the quotation non-responsible. If MARTA awards a Contract pursuant to this procurement, MARTA will prepare and forward to the successful Quoter a Contract substantially in the form included in this solicitation document. The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) requires the services of a Contractor to provide electrical repair and installation services for the MARTA Headquarters Complex on an as-needed basis, including emergencies, with minimal interruptions. The Contractor shall provide electrical repairs, installation, parts, and equipment associated with electrical services at the MARTA Headquarters Complex as requested by the Authority. Materials, sizes, types, colors, and styles shall match existing equipment within the facilities or be approved by the Building Superintendent or designee prior to installation. (Examples of work: replacing breakers, repairing outlets, replacing ballasts, etc.). In addition to the above, the Contractor shall provide: _ A signed service ticket including date of service, location, description of work performed, and name/signature of MARTA's on-site representative; _ A complete list of materials and parts used, including model and serial numbers where applicable; and _ Updated training logs, including content covered, instructor credentials, and attendee records, submitted annually by March 31. The Supplier will also provide eight (8) hours of annual in-person training covering: 1. Arc Flash Safety 2. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements 3. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards Training must be completed annually by March 31. All work must be approved by the Building Superintendent before payment is issued. Contractor shall meet the following measurable performance standards: _ First-Time Resolution: Minimum 90% resolution rate on first dispatch, measured monthly; _ No Repeat Service: No repeat service requests for the same issue within thirty (30) days; and _ Warranty: All work and parts shall be covered under a one-year warranty from date of acceptance, including all costs for corrective action.
