Failure to do so will 1.4.2.3 The site/information meeting is for bidders to familiarize themselves with the site and ascertain the full extent of the work required for this ITT. The LCBO is requesting bidders to provide a written list of questions to the ITT Contact, that they wish the LCBO to address upon conclusion of the site visit. Verbal responses to questions provided by the LCBO during site visits are neither official nor binding. Responses to questions received via email will be published formally through addenda format. 1.4.2.4 Representatives from LCBO Procurement Services, Store Development departments and architectural consultant for this Project may be in attendance.
