Reduced DBE percent from 13% to 8%. 6. Removed conflicting specifications. NCDOT Specifications will be the leading specification. 7. Advanced Utility By Other construction and joint Owner utility coordination for construction. 8. Includes items for non-standard excavation and removal for example rock, cobble stone, and streetcar tracks. Question Deadline 06/11/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing only. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer, in response to such questions, will be issued by Addenda to all plan holders registered with the Issuing Office.
