Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: a. Removal of existing site trees, vegetation, and small riprap. b. Site grading c. Providing and installation of concrete paving d. Providing and installing small segmental block wall. e. Providing and installing site furniture. f. Providing and installing landscaping. g. Preparation of subbase for playground installation by others h. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. With each request for Bidding Documents supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, phone number, and email address for Bidding point of contact; N. C. contractor's license with limitation and classification; indicate if the firm will be a Prime bidder, Supplier or Sub-Contractor. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instruction to Bidders.
