SCOPE OF WORK 5.1 Bayou Pierre Drainage and Recreation Design Services 5.2 $500,000.00 consulting 5.3 To obtain Design Services to connect existing pedestrian walkways and trails into one unified greenway along Bayou Pierre. 5.4 This will include surveying, landscaping, layout and grading of proposed greenway enhancements. 5.5 At the owner’s option, the design contract may be amended to include the additional phases of basic design services with the corresponding fee and design time adjustment. 5.6 During project design, the Designer shall be available for public meetings as an effort to inform the citizens of any progress. 5.6.1 The Designer shall prepare and submit all required drawings to the City of Shreveport, Department of SPAR in AutoCAD and PDF copy.
