Caddo Parish Forest Hill Elementary School Roof Renovation. BID SECURITY equal to five percent (5%) of the Total Bid shall be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check as prescribed by LA RS 38:2218 must be attached to and made a part of the bid. If a bid bond isprovided it shall be on the provided form and only on the provided form. Bid bonds must be written by a qualified company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond written by a company licensed to dobusiness in Louisiana in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. For this project, Liquidated Damages will apply in the amount of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per day for each consecutive calendar day which the work is not completed, beginning with the first day beyond the establishedcompletion date of August 1, 2025 days. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after actual date of the opening thereof.
