GHA # 21454 PC #194-18537-002 Request for Qualifications for Demolition Services for Pocahontas Building in Richmond, VA (both east and west towers) Demolition of Pocahontas building to include both east and west towers. Project will include traffic and pedestrian protections and controls, dewatering, limited shoring, and limited abatement. Work is being completed adjacent to the Commonwealth Hotel, which will remain operational for the duration of the project A Bid Bond is required. eVA Vendor Registration: The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA. a. Demolition includes but is not limited to Architectural, Structural, Security, Civil, Landscape Architecture, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical work. Capping of utilities and systems is required as indicated in the Drawings. b. Select architectural items shall be salvaged per Drawings and as indicated in the Project Manual. c. Fencing shall be provided to secure entire perimeter of site.
