Question Deadline 05/16/2025 Location of Resurfacing Work: The location of the work is within the City of Valdosta, more specifically at two locations: 1) The existing sewage lift station is on the south side of Knights Academy Road and east of the Knights Mill Subdivision entrance, Knights Mill Drive, and 2) The gravity sewer main work is on the south side of Mount Zion Church Road at the intersection with Walden Road. Schedule of Work: The Contractor shall submit a schedule of work to the City Engineer's office before construction begins. Times of construction shall be 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday. Clarifications and Special Conditions: 1. The Owner shall adjust the line item quantities as required to bring project cost to within the available funding. 2. In addition to the Pre-Construction Meeting, the Contractor shall establish a regular schedule for bi-weekly project status meetings with City Engineering Department staff.
