Water Treatment Chemicals It is the intent of this Invitation For Bid (IFB) to secure vendors to furnish water treatment chemicals to the City of Danville. Multiple vendors may be awarded if determined to be the most advantageous to the City. A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be for this project Questions may be submitted in writing via email to: purchasing@danvilleva.gov until 5:00 PM on April 23, 2025. Liquidated Damages: $100.00 per day Award: A. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, with consideration given to completion time. B. The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. C.
