Unity Park The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the construction of a new park, including but not limited to the following: clearing, grubbing, grading, storm drainage, irrigation and potable water utilities, planting, electrical, and installation of: concrete flatwork, curbs, concrete seat walls, pavement striping, decomposed granite, site furnishings, play equipment, fitness equipment, water play equipment, sports equipment, shade structures, lighting, and other appurtenances Each bid must be submitted on the proposal bid forms provided in the contract documents. Each bid must also be accompanied by security in the form of a bid bond issued by a corporate surety, a certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Cosumnes Community Services District, or cash for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate sum of the bid.
