Removing and disposing of the existing deteriorated concrete boat ramp and concrete debris from the site. Installing a new boat ramp using precast concrete panels below the High Tide Line (HTL) and cast-in-place concrete above the HTL to Gardiner Beach Road. Installing a cast-in-place concrete access wedge, steel pipe piles, and floats for boarding, launching, and retrieving vessels. Raising Gardiner Beach Road approximately 18" to match the top of boat launch elevation of 11.5' MLLW. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
