Site work and paving for a civil project in Port Townsend, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following work: traffic, control, removal of pavement markings, selective treatment with double course bituminous surface treatment, application of single course bituminous surface treatment followed by a secondary fog seal application, and installation of temporary markings to San Jaun Avenue and F Street and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. Streets may be removed from this project or additional streets added to this project as the City's Budget and Contractor schedule allows and are agreed upon. Additional street alternatives are listed as bid alternatives with accompanying maps and quantity schedule are attached to this document. The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 15 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
