The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed drawings and/or the attached specifications. Bids may only be mailed, or hand delivered to the address listed above. Contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the above-mentioned project. A preliminary project plan and schedule as well as a resume of the project manager and/or supervisor are required to be submitted with your bid along with various exhibit forms as described in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders. This project is funded/partially funded, by federal award number SLRFP0002 (ARPA SLFRF) or CPFFN0145 (ARPA Capital) awarded to Washington State Broad Band Office by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and through the Washington State Public Works Board with federal funds from the Treasury ARPA Coronavirus Capital Project funds. PWB requirements and provisions must be met by general contractors and all subcontractors. Questions Due: July 16, 2025 by 3:00 p.m. PT
