The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of a fully functional, code-compliant laundry facility designed to meet the hospital's operational and infection control standards. Scope of Work Includes : Site preparation and civil works, Architectural renovations and upgrades, Structural, mechanical, and electrical systems , Plumbing, HVAC, and utility connections, Installation of laundry equipment infrastructure, Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Jefferson Healthcare reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
