Prequalified contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the Tree Trimming-Two Year Dock Crew 2026/2027 project throughout Jefferson County. The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the provided Exhibits and/or attached specifications. All proposals must be made on the District provided bid proposal form. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. The District shall have the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids not accompanied by required data or in any way incomplete or irregular. All work performed on the project will be subject to State of Washington prevailing wages. General contractors and all subcontractors must be licensed to conduct business in Washington State. Pre-qualification requirements: REQUIRED to be on District’s Pre-Qualified Electrical Workers Roster. All bidders must be prequalified in accordance with Washington State Regulations (RCW 54.04.085) prior to submitting a bid proposal.
