Sodium hypochlorite supplied under this contract shall be tested and certified as meeting these specifications and those of the American Nation Standards Institute/National Sanitation Foundation Standard 60 (ANSI/NSF Standard 60), Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals - Health Effects. Questions should be directed to Michael Spears, at mspears@cityofpt.us Water Resources - Operations Manager. The City of Port Townsend reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor informalities in the Bidding.
