Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Port Townsend, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; medical facility; for site work for a retail development; and medical facility.
Soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a hospital-based retail pharmacy located at 915 Sheridan Ave, Port Townsend, WA. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of a fully functional, code-compliant retail pharmacy designed to meet the hospital's operational and infection control standards. Scope of Work Includes but is not limited to: Site preparation and civil works Architectural renovations and upgrades Structural, mechanical, and electrical systems Plumbing, HVAC, and utility connections Installation of pharmacy equipment infrastructure Compliance with local, state, federal regulations, and Board of Pharmacy laws and codes. Interested and qualified parties may obtain complete bid documents, drawings, and specifications by providing an email address, after which login access to bid documents will be sent within one business day. All communications must be directed to the designated Construction and Planning Manager. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. Direct questions to the following. Phoned in questions will not be answered. 1. Verbal answers are not binding on any party. D. Clarifications requested by bidders must submitted be in writing by 11:59 pm on April 13, 2026. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipient
