Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Port Townsend, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Discovery Road Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project entails installing separated bicycle lanes, signing, pavement markings, intersection improvements, and pedestrian and bicyclist mixing zone improvements. The work begins at the intersection of McClellan Street and continues east past Sheridan Street for approximately 100 linear feet, with primary construction (new hardscape features) covering about 375 linear feet from Grant Street through the intersection with Sheridan Street. Spot treatments and drainage considerations are also included. The scope of services for construction management may include constructability review of plans, bid package review, review and approval of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (TESC), Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plan (SPCC), management of Record of Materials (ROM), coordination of construction easements, submittal reviews upon request, onsite inspection throughout construction, and maintenance of daily reports and a photographic log throughout construction.
